On June 21st, Brewery 22Four announced it would cease its commercial operations. We will close permanently on October 1st.
After 5 years at Brewery 22Four, where we've brewed great beers, performed at fantastic festivals, and met many new people, we're calling it a day!
What started as a joke, serving home-brewed beers for BBQ tastings with friends, grew into a respected craft beer brewery with a strong reputation.
However, we struggled with a saturated market, the time required to run the brewery, and a lack of marketing affinity. Therefore, we've decided to stop commercial brewing and return to homebrewing in our barn.
